Worth a Look: $300K for 5460 Park Rd, Crozet, VA 22932


$300,000 - 5460 Park Rd, Crozet, VA 22932

Summary
Bank foreclosed on the home on 3/5/2009 for $386,936.  The county has it assessed for $321,000.

It was built in 2006 and with 2,632 sq ft.  The previous owners that the bank foreclosed on bought the property for $370K back on 4/23/2007.  We can estimate building costs at $110/sq ft or $289,520 and land for $70,848K.  

The house appears to be in good condition.  There are a couple of other houses in the neighborhood selling for a similar price point.  

I think at $300K it is reasonably priced.  What do you think?

  1. Probably pretty close at $300K, perhaps less as this was a foreclosure, could be bad inside and needs lots of work...

  2. Thanks, Scott, for your comments. This house is worth considering: the inside is in great condition--just some nail holes and a couple of scuff marks on the wall. It is missing the refrigerator and that's it. Going to be a great deal for a buyer who wants (almost)new construction but at a more reasonable price. The white fenced yard would be great for little kidlets both two and four legged!!
